At Anyfomzey Perfume, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes that are not defective.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us at scent@anyfomzeyperfume.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
  2. Return the product in its original packaging.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returned items are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the same product are possible if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Contact us via email to arrange an exchange.
