- Opened or used perfumes that are not defective.
- Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless defective).
3. Refund Process

- Return the product in its original packaging.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returned items are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges for the same product are possible if the item is defective or incorrect.
